I became the winner of the competition for 2 free training sessions with Alexei in the Free Czech Republic group. We had a great workout. To begin with, Alex kindly agreed to meet me on the subway and bring me to the courts. (otherwise I would just be lost). An hour of training passed quickly: we stretched ourselves, beat exercises, played “squares”, trained blows at the net and mixed and also served. Alex corrected the technique and encouraged when there was almost no strength anymore) Alex is a very nice young man with excellent technique and endurance, so even if you are an experienced player with honed shots, you will have to sweat.
